Lieber Herr Doktor

Eine schriftliche Aeusserung wird mir jetzt soviel leichter als eine muendliche, dass ich Sie bitte diese Antwort anstatt einer Einladung anzunehmen.

Ihre Motive in Ehren, auch an Ihrer Faehigkeit zur Ausfuehrung zweifle ich nicht. Aber ich sehe folgende Schwierigkeiten die ich Ihnen nicht verhehlen kann.

a)   Die psa Therapie ist gerade jetzt durch die Neuerungen von Ferenczi und Rank in Bewegung geraten. Es duerfte nicht der Zeitpunkt sein, eine irgendwie abgerundete Darstellung zu versuchen.

b)   Kein anderes Gebiet der PA stellt so hohe Anforderungen an die Erfahrung des Analytikers, wenn er mehr als das Landlaeufige sagen will.

c)   Eine ps Technik, wohl dasselbe, was Sie beabsichtigen—von Dr. H.

Sachs, ist nach Vortraegen, die er vor dem Kongress gehalten, gegenwaertig im Druck!
