Mi accingo a scrivere su questo caso clinico ad analisi terminata già da alcuni mesi, essendo attualmente il mio ex paziente, Ruggero D., persona molto soddisfacentemente adattata e in una condizione di assetto interiore e di inserimento nella realtà assolutamente distanti dalla condizione preanalitica e analitica che andrò via via tratteggiando. Della sua analisi, durata oltre un quinquennio, descriverò solo i momenti più utili ad illustrare il modo con cui mi si è offerta durante il suo svolgersi, la rappresentazione di alcune qualità peculiari all'Io di questo paziente che vorrei proporre alla vostra attenzione, la ricostruzione della loro genesi nelle vicende difensive iniziali, e il loro trasformarsi nel corso del trattamento.
