Sara e gli squali

Sara ha ventisei anni e sta per concludere gli studi universitari. Viene in terapia perché da qualche mese è in preda ad «incubi terrificanti» che le hanno tolto il sonno, mentre di giorno sono comparsi attacchi di panico. Esce di casa ormai a fatica, perché teme di essere «da un momento all'altro pugnalata alla schiena».

Quando entra nello studio lo fa con aria guardinga, pulendosi ripetutamente le scarpe sullo zerbino. Cammina in punta di piedi come se portasse un peso grande e non volesse fare rumore, con un'andatura un poco storta per non perdermi di vista. Avverto in me un leggero brivido quando, dopo averla fatta accomodare, le do le spalle per fare pochi passi fino alla mia poltrona.

Mi accorgo che subito Sara riesce a comunicarmi con lo sguardo e con tutto il corpo la grande difficoltà che prova nell'essere lì nella stanza di analisi e insieme la sua volontà di esserci. Registro la sua paura e il suo co
