PEP Consolidated Psychoanalytic Glossary: F Book Information Previous Up Next

Edited by:
David Tuckett and Nadine A. Levinson Author Information

This glossary is a compilation of terms, definitions, and discussion from major published psychoanalytic glossaries. The source of each entry is indicated at the start of each entry. The entries include the complete text of the original source, reused with permission, with added links provided by Psychoanalytic Electronic Publishing (PEP)

The glossary is intended to bring the psychoanalytic concepts defined by the leading psychoanalytic glossaries together, so that researchers and practitoners can quickly compare and understand historical perspectives and definitions. While it is presented here as a more traditional, linear, book of alphabetized terms, this is only one of the views provided by the PEP-Archive. Each group of terms is linked from numerous points in the PEP archive--wherever the term is referenced and it would be handy to see definitions and discussion.
