Jahrbuch der Psychoanalyse
Available Volumes

The PEP Archive contains the full-text content of all of the volumes above. Due to contracts with the publishers, there is a three year moving wall (embargo of current articles) for most journals. You can browse the tables of contents up through the current issue, and searches include the complete text of the articles, but only the titles and abstracts (or summaries) will be displayed for articles from 2022 and newer. For details on how to read the full text of 2022 and more current articles see the publishers official website here.

(German; 1964-current)

The Jahrbuch der Psychoanalyse (Yearbook of Psychoanalysis) was founded in 1960 as a scholarly medium for publication and discussion of the German Psychoanalytic Association. Psychoanalysis is a science. It explores the dynamic unconscious and its origins and is based on the psychoanalytic treatment situation, from which its theories and conceptualizations develop and against which they have to be measured. This view of psychoanalysis is the guiding principle behind the design of the journal Jahrbuch der Psychoanalyse, in which works on clinical practice and clinical theory, on metapsychology and on applied psychoanalysis occupy a central place.
