On May, 23, 1982, tribute was paid to Helene Deutsch at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Among those who attended were members of her family, close friends and neighbors as well as analytic colleagues—Drs. K.R. Eissler of New York, Eleanor Pavenstedt of Geneva and Tiverton, Rhode Island.—Dr. Deutsch's Note on Rosa Luxemburg and Angelika Balabanoff appears here for the first time.—The meeting was arranged by Dr. Sanford Gifford.
