The history of PEP

PEP began in the early 1990s with an ambitious idea: to make psychoanalytic journals searchable, connected, and accessible in electronic form. What started as a proposal for a full-text CD became an international publishing effort, a nonprofit archive, and eventually the modern PEP-Web platform.
