Two Membership and ten Board of Trustees meetings were held since June 1, 1965, the beginning of the current fiscal year.
Dr. Geoffrey F. Osler was elected to membership. The Board of Trustees certified Dr. Michael Wainston, and awarded a Karen Horney Clinic Fellowship to Dr. John M. Davis.
The Board instituted a new category of Provisional Acceptance for new candidates. This is defined as meaning that the application may be processed and accepted during the candidate's first year of psychiatric residency, but that he cannot be a matriculated candidate until the year of residency is satisfactorily completed, that is, until he fulfills the minimal requirements. In addition, the Board voted special financial arrangements for residents. Thus matriculated candidates in psychiatric residency training and/or in the first year of psychiatric practice following completion of a residency
