It is always exciting and refreshing to see an organization risking change and daring to take steps away from the status quo. You have my best wishes and enthusiastic support for the new Editorial Committee and the distinguished members of the Advisory Committee. I feel quite sure that subsequent issues will give clear evidence of the beneficial effect of these changes in the character and content of this Journal.
