I want to say how much I was impressed by Leonel Urcuyo's “A Particular Group Experience” in The American Journal of Psychoanalysis, Vol. 32, No. 2. In a brief vignette, he captures the essence of a prevalent attitude toward handicaps which is found in many cultures. His little paper is a gem of truth and sensitivity.
