I want to welcome all of you to the new academic year at the American Institute for Psychoanalysis. Welcome, as well to the world of managed care! In as much as the President is in town today, it seems appropriate and alliterative to discuss two matters today: the President and Prozac. When I say, the President, I refer metonymically to his health plan, of course, or more significantly to the advent of managed care which goes with it.
