The term «psychoanalytic experiences» refers to an encounter between a psychoanalyst and a subject asking for help with a psychic trouble which he has been unable to overcome. Psychoanalytic listening, the space offered to another mind for giving form to psychic suffering, the dream about the analyst the night before the meeting, putting the not-known into words and images, the dynamic of communication between unconsciouses, are opportunities which a well-trained psychoanalyst can put at the disposal of a suffering subject in describable and transmissible modes. A theoretical-clinical reflection by Winnicott and a clinical case which develops within this «analysing situation» illustrate the proposed topic. This means thinking about interesting dispositions of the original psychoanalytic framework: the example allows us to draw from life the theory underlying this type of intervention.
