The paper deals with issues related to the duration, rhythm and frequency of the analysis, correlating them to the transferal and countertransferential relationship that is established in each analytic treatment. The author puts forward the hypothesis that each analysis and each analysand may require a specific temporality and wonders about the ways that can make it possible to identify this specificity.
KEY WORDS: Duration, frequency, rhythm of analysis, time, unconscious non-repressed memory.
