We take this opportunity to convey our gratitude and appreciation to two people who helped us start this journal. Ms. Samantha Ragsdale, our dedicated and talented first Editorial Assistant, has had to reluctantly relinquish her journal responsibilities as her career responsibilities have deepened and expanded. Although, we are indeed saddened to see her go, we thank her for her unflagging efforts through the first years.
By the same token, our thanks go to Dr. Eric Nuetzel, our first Film and Theater Review section editor. We are grateful for his important contributions to our journal in its beginning years. We wish you both the very best and look forward to continued collaboration with each of you in different contexts.
We are delighted to welcome to our journal team, Ms. Rita Omark, who is our new Editorial Assistant and an old hand in the editing field. Ms. Omark has already brought her valuable experience and know-how to our work while she prepared this issue. Welcome, Rita!

We feel most privileged to be working with Richard—not only because he is such a clearly talented person, but he is also such a pleasure to collaborate with—always a responsive and cooperative member of our team. Our sincere welcome to you, Richard.
