Notice of Meetings

In accordance with Article III, Section 5 of the By-Laws of the Association, notice is hereby given that the Midwinter Meeting of Members will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York City, New York at 10:30 A.M. on Sunday, December 9, 1951. The purpose of this meeting will be to consider matters referred to it by the Executive Council and the Board on Professional Standards and any other reports, matters of interest and business requiring action by the members.

Also, pursuant to Article V, Section 7, (i), each active member is hereby informed that the following are the matters on the agenda for the all-day meeting of the Executive Council at the Waldrof-Astoria Hotel, New York City, New York beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 6, 1951 and is hereby requested to express an opinion with respect to the matters on such agenda:

1. Reading of the minutes

2. Report of the Executive Assistant

3. Report of the Secretary

4. Report of the Treasurer

5. Reports of the Committees

6. Any unfinished business

   Incorporation

7. New business
