Notice of Meeting

In accordance with Article III, Section 5, of the By-Laws of the Association, notice is hereby given to each active member that the coming Mid-Winter Meeting of Members will be held at the New Yorker Hotel, New York City, New York, at 10:30 A.M. on Sunday, December 7, 1952. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect a President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and a Councilor-At-Large and to consider matters referred to it by the Executive Council and the Board on Professional Standards and any other reports, matters of interest and business requiring action by the members.

Also pursuant to Article V, Section 7, each active member is hereby informed that the following are the matters on the agenda for the all-day and further meetings of the Executive Council at the New Yorker Hotel, New York City, New York, beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 4, 1952, and is hereby requested to express an opinion with respect to the matters on the agenda:

1. Reading of the Minutes

2. Report of the Executive Assistant

3. Report of the Secretary

4. Report of the Treasurer

5. Reports of the Committees

6. Unfinished Business

7. New Business Any other matters which may properly be brought before the Council

8. Adjournment
