In the report of the Consultation Service (This Journal, Vol. VII, No, 4, page 742) the column in Information Sheet II, "Mean number of hours of training analysis, " contains an error in respect of the Institute for Psychoanalytic Medicine of Southern California. Instead of 382 hours, this should read 552.
