The 70th Annual Spring Meeting of the American Psychoanalytic Association was held at the Condado Beach/La Concha Hotels and Convention Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico, May 6–10, 1981. An abstract of the Business Meeting of Members, including reports of the Secretary of the Executive Council, the Secretary of the Board on Professional Standards, the Treasurer of the Association, the Editor of the Journal, and the Chairman of the Fund for Psychoanalytic Research as well as other transactions, are published in this issue of the Bulletin. Members who desire to obtain copies of the Official Minutes of any of these bodies may do so by communication with the Administrative Director, Mrs. Helen Fischer, One East Fifty-seventh Street, New York, N.Y. 10022.
The Business Meeting of Members was held on Saturday, May 9, 1981, at 8:00 A.M. with Dr. Arnold M. Cooper, President, officiating and Dr. Robert M. Gilliland as Secretary. Dr. Cooper announced the presence of a quorum. The Proceedings of the December 20, 1980 Business Meeting of Members were adopted as published as the official Minutes.
