Regrettably, in the last issue of the Journal a review article was published which contained the term ‘certain rabid Kleinians’, the use of which language is not in line with principles deemed acceptable by the British Journal of Psychotherapy. Although we encourage open debate, we are against the use of inappropriate and, in the context of an arts review, inflammatory language, as not seemly for a learned journal. This phrase was to have been deleted, however was not spotted by any of us in proof and therefore was printed in error. We apologize for this oversight.
