Christopher Clulow, PhD, is a consultant couple psychoanalytic psychotherapist, a Senior Fellow of the Tavistock Institute of Medical Psychology and past Director of Tavistock Relationships, London. He has published extensively on marriage, partnerships, parenthood and couple psychotherapy, most recently from an attachment perspective. He is a Fellow of the Centre for Social Policy, Dartington, past editor-in-chief of Couple and Family Psychoanalysis, and a series editor for the Library of Couple and Family Psychoanalysis. Martha Doniach, MA, UKCP, BPC, FPC, is an adult and couple psychoanalytic psychotherapist. Formerly principal psychotherapist at East London NHS Foundation Trust, she led psychodynamic psychotherapies and developed a highly respected honorary scheme for trainees. Martha supervises and teaches at various organisations, including Tavistock Relationships, Tavistock and Portman NHS, and the British Psychotherapy Foundation. She contributed to the book Couples as Parents, edited by Kate Thompson and Damian McCann , and serves on the editorial board of the international journal Couple and Family Psychoanalysis. Krisztina Glausius is a couple and individual psychoanalytic psychotherapist and a visiting lecturer and supervisor at Tavistock Relationships, where she has formerly worked as head of clinical services. She also teaches and supervises at the couple therapy training at the British Psychotherapy Foundation. She has developed several innovative approaches for providing therapeutic support to adoptive parental couples and conflicted separating couples. She has co-authored articles resulting from these projects and published guides to support professionals looking to work therapeutically with couples.
