We invite you to participate in a new venture in continuing education:
What are the issues in psychoanalytic thought today? Eight major contributors to psychoanalytic thought will each spend an evening discussing with you the ideas that are currently occupying their attention. We anticipate informal sessions with approximately one hour of lecture and one half-hour of open discussion. This course, the first of its kind at the White institute, will be coordinated by Earl G. Witenberg, M.D. who will provide continuity, and place the contributions in the broader context of the full course.
We plan to have eight monthly meetings, the fourth Wednesday of each month, October, 1976—May, 1977. The distinguished lecturers are:
Silvano Arieti, M.D.
Gerard Chrzanowski, M.D.
Marianne Horney Eckardt, M.D.
Edgar A. Levenson, M.D.
Rollo May, Ph.D.
David E. Schecter, M.D.
Jerome L. Singer, Ph.D.
