IN MY ARTICLE PUBLISHED in 1974 in the International Review of Psycho-Analysis, I stated that I shall not continue the debate with Prof. Roazen, "even if new slander should follow." I have no reason to change my mind on this point, and I shall not avail myself therefore of the editor's courtesy, which I greatly appreciate, in offering me an opportunity of a rejoinder.
