THINKING ABOUT THIS PAPER, I decided to write it in a personal rather than scholarly manner although this proved to be a much more difficult task. It required exposure and openness which I had to struggle for. I hope that sharing it in this way will be more meaningful, here, since we are attempting to evaluate our experiences and development as analysts. This topic is obviously very complex.
