‘Psychiatry at a Time of Crisis’ was an Address from the Chair to the Medical Section of the British Psychological Society on 22 January 1947. It was published in 1948 in the British Journal of Medical Psychology, 21 (Part 2): 81–89, and was reprinted in 1992 in Cogitations (London: Karnac, pp. 337–352).
