The Education Committee provides workshops, courses, and seminars that strive to bring psychoanalytic teachings to life, highlighting the value of analytic thinking in our clinical consulting rooms between psychotherapist and patient, supervisor and supervisee, and in our community at large.
Among the program offerings this past year were “Family Romance in the Countertransference: Working with Parents,” “Clinical Experiences of Negative Representation in the Consulting Room,” and “Supervision in the Analytic Field,” as well as the teachings of Melanie Klein.
