This work is about bad-breath sufferers who were sent to me by an odontologist. Some associations and material in the existing literature are reviewed, and, in this light, two clinical cases are related of patients treated because of this specific complaint. Their distinctive particularities and commonalities are highlighted, as is the fact that this kind of symptom is almost unknown in psychoanalytic practice, making it a veritable ‘un-said’.
