An important aspect of the Congresses of the International Psycho-Analytical Association has always been that they provide an opportunity to meet colleagues from other societies working in different parts of the world, and to have informal discussions with them about different problems arising from their work as psycho-analysts. The Sub-Committee on Congress Design has suggested, and the Programme Committee would like to implement this suggestion, that on the Monday and Wednesday evenings of the Congress, after dinner, an attempt should be made to arrange, as an experiment, what the Sub-Committee has called Technical 'At Homes'. Details will be announced in the Circular to those who have registered for the Congress and during the Congress in Copenhagen.
