Of the groups studied statistically by various authors, dreams of falling occurred in 52.3 to 88 per cent of the members at some time in their lives.
A variety of meanings for these dreams have been suggested in the literature, but only rarely on the basis of psycho-analytic analysis of specific dreams with adequate associations.
