Before one can discuss the role of interpretation in the treatment of schizophrenics or other very emotionally disturbed patients, the structure of the interpretation has to be studied.
General aspects of interpretation are briefly discussed. Their communicative object relationship qualities as well as their symbolic meaning are stressed.
