We regret that the paper by Drs Welles and Wrye which was published in Part 1 of this year's International Journal of Psycho-Analysis, Volume 72, was mis-named on the Contents page of that issue. The paper is entitled 'The maternal erotic countertransference'. An earlier paper by these two authors appeared in the International Journal of Psycho-Analysis, Volume 70, entitled 'The maternal erotic transference'.
