Dear Sir,
This response by Danielle Quinodoz to my paper extends an ongoing dialogue between us, which I find very intriguing.
While Mme. Quinodoz approaches Hitch-cock's Vertigo from a different starting point from my own (she takes advantage of her study of a specific clinical phenomenon, while I worked mostly from my subjective transferential experiences), our conclusions are compatible and interrelated. I see her analysis of the different experiences of reality and magic in the film as a valuable innovative contribution.
Sincerely yours
