I thank Dr Grossman for his very interesting comments. The references he mentions, as well as others, are no doubt very valuable contributions towards the comprehension of the perverse phenomenon. In my article I only included the main references directly related to my hypotheses and which, in my belief, have made a relevant contribution to the development of WR Bion's theories with regard to the metapsychology of the thinking process.

I celebrate that other theoretical-clinical pathways reach conclusions similar to mine. This fact not only benefits but also consolidates the conclusions.
