In The International Journal of Psychoanalysis Volume 94 Issue 5, ‘Die Brautbriefe: The Freud and Martha correspondence’ by Riccardo Steiner, the author should have acknowledged the help of Prof J. Canestri (Roma), and all the Editors of the International Journal of Psychoanalysis, the archives of the British Psychoanalytic Society and the Freud Archives (Washington DC). Furthermore, the author would like to correct a mistake: on page 918, the line ‘Freud as a married man, fathering in the end five children’, should read, ‘fathering in the end six children’.
