Dear Editor,
We regret that our ‘Letter from Boston’ in the most recent issue of the journal (IJP 96(3): 513-20, ) misstated the current situation at the PINE Psychoanalytic Center. We did not understand that the Institute was not only being kept open for the remaining candidates but might in future resume full functioning. There was no intention of slighting the Center. We wholeheartedly support mutual and collegial collaboration and were happy to forward Dr Raymond's letter for your attention.
