Abstract
This article presents a psychoanalytic study of a person who committed assault, rape and murder, causing social impact. Here one tries to realize a comprehension centring on the perverse aspects of the personality. We hypothesize an internal object (mother murdered), that provokes confusional anxieties, and as a defense to this there develops a criminal perverse ritual. It postulates a specific internalized primal scene. Finally, we analyze a murder and suicide, which are understood within the line previously expressed. At the end general comments of the case are realized.
