The paper presents the usefulness of the squiggle game as a model for therapeutic intervention and inspiring a therapeutic agent named group pictogram. Addresses the very specific associative processes of the squiggle game, characterized by being produced co-associatively, co-built in co-thought by the therapist-patient pair and promote partnerships not only of words, as well as include the pictographic. Similarly, in contexts of group therapeutic or family consultations, the group associative chains connect sensory motor elements, pictographic, with words, reports, and dreams. Associative chains produced inter-discursively which bring polyphony of senses, diachronic and synchronic elements and are the result of the gathering of intrapsychic elements, inter-subjective and group, diachronic and synchronic.
