I propose the hypothesis that the autistic child always communicates; but with fantastic mechanisms of sensorial bodily hallucinations as well as delusions.
I demonstrate this hypothesis through young or adult patients presenting delusions, hallucinations, which they can now express with words. I consider that it is what was hidden during the first weeks and months of life of autistic children or children who had lost parents.
I think that only someone who has had such a broad experience and could treat delusions, hallucinations, delusional hypochondria, during these last 40 years can make these hypothesis. In these psychotic episodes appears what was hidden, or kept in the body memory during the first months of life of autistic children or children who suffered sudden object losses.
