Since its very beginnings, the training x transmission in psychoanalysis holds the discussion between its specific ruling and uniformity or its freedom and singularity.
In this study, the possibilities of freedom and singularity are related to the work at the institutional group about the fourth axis (the instiutional experiences added to the classic tripoid). The insertion in a psychoanalytical institution generates transferences, interchanges and subjective experiences due the fact of belonging to a specific group. The effects of the presence of each subject in the group bring similarities, but also impose differences, being necessary some room for continence and the transformation.
Is described the experience of a joint creation, every semester, of the seminar spreadsheets at the Institute of the Brazilian Psychoanalytical Society of Porto Alegre (Eitingon Model) by the institutional group.
This experience is considered to allow the work in the fourth axis in this specific Institute, strengthening the democratic relations in the institution and enhancing the possibilities of freedom and uniqueness in the psychoanalysis transmission.
Every analytical institution has its own history and specificities and will have to find its own ways to develop the intra-institutional relationships and to transmit psychoanalysis.
