The paper addresses a recently widespread phenomena of gender issues among adolescents on the autistic spectrum. It focuses on specific type of gender issues that stems from developmental difficulties in the psychophysical libidinal structure of the body-container. In such cases, this universal scheme of typical development is fragile enough to collapse under the unregulated libidinal stimulus of puberty and fold into itself in a way that creates an un-orientable psychophysical structure. The paper presents a spatial analogy between soma-psychotic libidinal organization and three topological loops. The loops illustrate the way complex symbolic phantasmatic activity adheres to a continuous and homogeneous surface with pseudo-openings. This spatial organization amplifies illusional feminine and masculine sexual differences while paradoxically ignoring it.
