These thoughtful, evocative discussions have taken our dialogue in three different and divergent directions. Marty Livingston brings the discussion down to the specificity of clinical interaction. Max Sucharov broadens the conversation to include non-dual consciousness (NDC). Joye Weisel-Barth brings us back to the historical context of the development of Gendlin's work. She also brings us more closely in to the detail of Gendlin's pivotal ideas about the function of language in explicating implicit processes. They have all given me rich complexities to ponder and important distinctions to tease apart.
