Baden Baden, 31.1.1920
Dear Professor,
May I ask you to return the manuscript of my novel? I have entered into negotiations with a publisher again, probably without result, yet I want to have another try. The book seems to produce displeasure everywhere, at least I interpret your silence as a sign of dislike.
While preparing my talks25 for publication I came across some which deal with the subject of Moses, Book I26, others on Struwwelpeter27 and on a few Klinger pictures28. If you could use these for Imago I could send them to you. But perhaps you have material enough on hand.
With all best wishes I remain
Yours most sincerely Groddeck
