I was studying neurology in 1924 in von Monakow's laboratory in Zurich with two other men who, like me, were destined to become assistants to neurologists. We sat and we looked at slides and drew diagrams, endlessly it seemed to me. George Daniels was one who liked to ski, so he could escape. David Levy was being analyzed by Oberholzer who gave him the Rohrschach test to bring to this country. He did his first Rohrschach on me which scared the hell out of me cause I thought he would discover that I was a schizophrenic. And he talked openly about his dreams which excited me a greal deal.
