Following Dr. Link's presentation there was extensive discussion, as might be anticipated from this most interesting and complex case. Drs. Frank Baudry and Leon Hoffman offered some prepared remarks which were followed by a lively discussion from the floor recorded by Dr. Anna Balas. Space unfortunately precludes us from including the discussion here, but we will present it in full in a future issue. In the meantime, we hope that our readers will ponder the issues involved in this case and send us their thoughts for inclusion in the discussion.
