The discussion will be organized around a case presentation by Dr. Henry Smith, who will offer process notes from three analytic hours. These will be discussed by Dr. Arlow. There will then be discussion from the floor. Dr. Smith is on the faculty of the Psychoanalytic Institute of New England, East. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, located at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. Dr. Smith is on the program committee of the American Psychoanalytic Association. He has discussed and presented papers at many meetings of the American and International Psychoanalytic Associations.
