We regret that a printer's error occurred in the paper entitled ‘The feminine in witchcraft: part I’ by , published in the April, 1987, issue (Vol. 32, No. 2) of this Journal. The second line of the third paragraph on page 144, which read as printed: ‘there is no such thing as change …’, should have read: ‘there is no such thing as chance …’
