I am pleased to review the first two numbers of this new Italian journal of clinical psychotherapy, to be published at four-monthly intervals. The editorial policy is to include original papers in Italian, not previously published in other Italian journals, and papers previously published in foreign journals and now translated into Italian. The journal may also include papers delivered at conferences. Each volume has a general section on adult psychotherapy (six papers), followed by a section on child and adolescent psychotherapy (two papers). The journal will republish earlier articles on Jungian psychotherapy which have remained of seminal importance over the years. The Italian text of each paper published is followed by the title and a summary in English. The cost of a subscription abroad is around £40 for a public institution and around £50 for private subscribers.
