This biography of Sabina Spielrein is the culmination of six years' research by the Zürich based psychoanalyst and writer, Dr Sabine Richebächer. Already known for her work on other psychoanalytic ‘outsiders’ (for example, Wilhelm Reich, Otto Fenichel, and Otto Gross), she was invited in 1999 to give a lecture on Spielrein which eventually grew into this volume.
