Response to ‘Susan Jones’

Training analyst and supervisor for both the SAP and the BAP and a former director of training for the SAP. She works part time in a National Health Service Adult Psychotherapy Clinic in London and is also in private practice. She is the co-coordinator of the IAAP training and supervision programme in Russia and is vice-president of the IAAP. Author of a number of papers and chapters on analytical psychology, she is on the editorial board of the Journal of Analytical Psychology. She lectures widely in Europe and the US. Her most recent book based on the Fay Lectures given at Texas A and M University is called The Therapeutic Relationship: Transference, Countertransference and the Making of Meaning; it was published in October 2009.
