She is a senior analyst and Secretary of the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts (IRSJA) and serves as Seminar and Training Coordinator of the Memphis-Atlanta Jungian Seminar of the IRSJA. Ms. Behnen studied Shakespeare and English Renaissance History and taught English Literature and writing at University of Minnesota and Linn-Benton Community College, Oregon. She is particularly interested in the creative process and the intersection of literature and Jungian theory, as well as social justice.
