Sexuality Reconsidered: A Panel Discussion

Training and supervising analyst with the Paris Psychoanalytic Society for over thirty years. She lectures internationally and is a widely acclaimed author. Her books include Plea for a Measure of Abnormality, Theaters of the Mind, and Theaters of the Body. Her most recent work, The Many Faces of Eros, explores the ways in which humankind seeks to resolve psychic conflicts concerning sexual and core gender identity and the search for love.

Training and supervising analyst of the Boston Psychoanalytic Institute and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Harvard Medical School. He has written extensively on psychoanalytic theory and technique. His books include Object Love and Reality; Psychoanalysis in a New Context; Other Times, Other Realities; and The Private Self.

Founder and Chair of the Board of Trustees and the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and the President of the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She is Editor of this journal, and founder and former President of the Society of Modern Psychoanalysts. She has published numerous articles on drive theory and psychoanalytic research and is author of the monograph Emotional Education: The Theory and Process of Training Psychoanalysts and coauthor of the book Treatment of the Narcissistic Neuroses. A monograph of selected papers, Phyllis W. Meadow: Selected Theoretical and Clinical Papers, was published by this journal.
